SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order is processed, it is sent to our third‑party fulfillment partners such as Zendrop and CJdropshipping for packaging and shipment.

Processing delays may occur during:

  • High‑volume periods

  • Holidays

  • Supplier backlogs

  • Inventory restocking

These delays do not constitute grounds for refunds under our strict dropshipping policy.


2. Shipping Times

Because we operate using international fulfillment partners, shipping times vary by destination.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada & USA: 7–20 business days

  • International: 10–30 business days

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to:

  • Customs inspections

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Global logistics disruptions

Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds under our Return & Refund Policy.


3. Tracking Information

Tracking numbers are provided once available from our suppliers. Tracking updates may be delayed or limited depending on the carrier and country of origin.

If tracking shows “in transit,” “arriving late,” or similar statuses, this is considered normal for international shipments.


4. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to the wrong address

  • Packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Additional shipping fees required for re‑delivery

If an order is returned to the sender due to an address error, reshipping fees may apply.


5. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

We are not liable for packages that are:

  • Marked as “delivered” by the carrier

  • Lost due to carrier error

  • Stolen after delivery

  • Missing due to incorrect addresses

Customers must file claims directly with the shipping carrier. We will assist with documentation when possible, but we cannot issue refunds for these situations.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties.

These charges:

  • Are the responsibility of the customer

  • Are not included in product or shipping prices

  • May cause delivery delays

We do not control or influence customs processes.


7. Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on supplier availability. This is normal for dropshipping fulfillment and does not affect your order status.


8. Shipping Restrictions

We may refuse or cancel orders shipping to:

  • High‑risk regions

  • Countries with unstable postal systems

  • Addresses flagged for fraud

If an order is canceled for these reasons, you will be notified and refunded.


9. Changes to Shipping Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to the Site.
